Severe Tropical Cyclone JUDY is positioned at the bottom left corner of the square letter I, number 7 (I,7) of the Vanuatu Tropical Cyclone Tracking Map. Maximum winds close to the center are estimated at 130KM/HR (60Knots) This video was taken by a resident of DYork Street. The roar of the wind & rain this morning is so loud that the rumble of thunder is very faint. | V
