President Donald Trump announced Wednesday he has struck a trade deal with Vietnam, calling it a "Great Deal of Cooperation between our two Countries."
The terms announced by Trump indicate that the Vietnamese exports will be charged a higher rate than they have been during the negotiating period. “In return, Vietnam will do something that they have never done before, give the United States of America TOTAL ACCESS to their Markets for Trade,” Trump wrote.
