A man is facing business-related charges connected to a Las Vegas party where police say another man accidentally drowned.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - People living near the power lines on Jones Blvd. near Tropicana Ave. got a scare, as the poles holding up the lines snapped all the way down the street Tuesday afternoon.
