We will have a heightened threat for heavy rain producing t'storms this afternoon and evening. The flood risk will be highest between 2 and 8 pm today. The southeastern part of Central PA has seen so much rain recently that it's not going to take much for flash flooding to occur. This is where the flood risk will be more significant.

Flood Watches are in effect for all of northeast and central Pennsylvania through Tuesday until midnight. Several locations are dealing with heavy rainfall overnight and Monday morning, leading to localized flooding issues.
