John Stamos completely transformed from his classic dark hair to a surprising new look recently for a very special reason, looking almost unrecognizable. The Big Shot star took to Instagram to share a bonding experience he had with his Full House co-star and longtime friend, Dave Coulier, after the latter announced his cancer diagnosis.

Stamos and Coulier starred alongside each other on Full House for nine years. As Jesse Katsopolis and Joey Gladstone, the half-brother and childhood best friend of Tanner family patriarch Danny ( Bob Saget ), they added an element of macho cool and dependable comfort that struck the perfect balance in the Tanner dynamic.
