A driver who allegedly had 10 pounds of marijuana was arrested after fleeing a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint outside of El Paso, Texas.

A judge has granted a temporary restraining order in a lawsuit, requiring federal authorities to find “reasonable suspicion” to make immigration arrests in California’s central district.
