Man lured, raped 13-year-old girl walking to school in Orange County, deputies say
ORLANDO, Fla. – A 41-year-old man was arrested Friday in Orange County on allegations of luring and raping a 13-year-old girl who was on her way to school. Luis Manuel Frias Jr. was arrested on three counts of sexual battery, one count of kidnapping, three counts of lewd or lascivious molestation and one count of unlawful exposure of sexual organs.
