Jensen said after the Hawkeyes’ 50-49 loss Sunday afternoon that the concussion Stuelke suffered in an overtime loss against Nebraska “caused a few (negative) things in that game as well” and that Stuelke “did not look good before we left” for the Pacific Northwest.

She made a smart pregame adjustment, moving Hannah Stuelke back to the “5” position where she’s been much more potent in her first 2½ seasons. That allowed Iowa to play faster on Thursday with more ball-handlers and 3-point shooters, and Stuelke responded with a 16-point, 16-rebound performance.
