Gaza's Health Ministry says the bodies of 79 people killed by Israeli strikes have been brought to hospitals in the past 24 hours.

Dr. Alaa al-Najjar left her ten children at home on Friday when she went to work at the Nasser Medical Complex. Hours later, the bodies of seven children - most of them badly burned - arrived at the hospital.

An Israeli air strike on Gaza hit the home of a doctor and killed nine of her 10 children, the hospital where she works in the city of Khan Younis says. Nasser hospital said one of Dr Alaa al-Najjar's children and her husband were injured, but survived.
