The Shane Waldron Experience was a brief-yet-memorable one for the Chicago Bears and their fans, and now that he’s gone, we’re learning a bit more about why he didn’t stick around.The Bears fired Waldron after nine games as the team’s offensive coordinator on November 12.

Keenan Allen was a high-profile trade addition with the Bears. However, he has yet to reach his full potential in Chicago. Injuries have held him out of a few games. But in the seven games he has played, Allen has caught 26 passes for 241 yards and two scores. Not as explosive as Bears fans were hoping for.

Bears veteran receiver Keenan Allen is an excellent judge of a coach’s ability to successfully coordinate an offense. Allen is a six-time Pro Bowler and potential future Hall of Famer. Unfortunately for Waldron, he recently went into detail over his coaching failures.
