Being a title contender has its perks. One of those being the NBA flexing games to the national stage. The Oklahoma City Thunder added another game to their national television slate when the league announced their contest against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday, Feb. 5 will now also be broadcasted on ESPN.

Yet another scheduling change has taken place for the Phoenix Suns - this time, the game in question will be shown to a national audience. The road contest against the Oklahoma City Thunder on February 5 will now be shown at 7:30 P.

Last week's rematch between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Oklahoma City Thunder was all but certainly going to determine which team would take the No. 1 spot this week, and ... yeah ... OKC basically snatched it from Cleveland's hands with a 20-point win that was nowhere near that close.

On Tuesday, the Phoenix Suns made their second trade of the season, sending an unprotected first-round pick in 2031 for three first-round picks. The Utah Jazz sent the Suns picks in 2025, 2027, and 2029, although all three picks will be the least favorable of the Jazz, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Minnesota Timberwolves.
