Dave Mustaine of Megadeth has agreed to pay a former manager quite a bit in previously unpaid commissions, following a year-long lawsuit.

Megadeth leader Dave Mustaine has settled a lawsuit with former manger Cory Brennan that is resulting in a million dollar payout. The deal comes as a result of Brennan seeking alleged unpaid commissions from the musician after he was terminated from his management position in 2023 and replaced by Mustaine’s son Justis.

Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine has agreed to pay more than $1 million to his former manager. The Thrash metal legend, 63, was sued by 5B Artist Management - who started managing the band in 2014 - over unpaid commission fees and new court documents,
