Back in July, Microsoft’s own Edge browser, which is based on the same engine as Google Chrome, got a flag to enable these same Windows 11 design elements. It has since become the default look.

Type in "chrome://flags" in the search bar and hit enter. Once you're on the flags page, search for "Windows 11" in its search bar (not the main browser search bar, but the new one right below it).

If you can't set Chrome as the default browser in Windows 11, then you can update Chrome browser, reset default apps, and then try this.
