“The Defense Forces of Ukraine shot down an enemy attack drone carrying cassettes with anti-tank mines. The aircraft crashed in a field in the Sumy district,” the National Police said in a statement.
Russia continues its relentless drone bombardment of Ukraine, launching over 5,400 Shahed-type attack drones last month. The vast majority, around 84% , were shot down, many by Ukrainian helicopters.
