One injured as southbound Tri-Rail train strikes vehicle near downtown West Palm Beach
The incident happened shortly after 7:30 a.m. at Okeechobee Boulevard and Parker Avenue and involved a southbound train, Tri-Rail spokesperson Victor Garcia said. The vehicle was caught between the crossing arms when the train hit it, Lt. Lori Colombino, spokesperson for West Palm Beach police said.
