India triumphed over South Africa in the final T20I, securing a 3-1 series win. Arshdeep Singh's early wickets crippled South Africa's chase of 284, while centuries from Sanju Samson and Tilak Varma propelled India to their highest-ever T20I score overseas.

Tilak Varma became only the second Indian to score two consecutive T20I centuries during the fourth match against South Africa at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg on Friday.

Batting first, India rode on unbeaten hundreds from Tilak Varma and Sanju Samson to post 283/1. In reply, South Africa managed 148 all out. India thus won the series 3-1.

Samson took 51 deliveries in an innings peppered with 6 fours and 8 sixes while Varma blasted his 100 in 41 deliveries with the help of 6 fours and 9 sixes.
