Prophecy is here. The science fiction series chronicles the adventures of the Harkonnen sisters who fight the threat against mankind. With the first episode out, fans are curious about its climax especially the fate of Kasha and Pruwet.

The "Dune" Universe is expanding on HBO. The latest installment in the sprawling sci-fi series - "Dune: Prophecy" - takes the story back 10,000 years before the birth of Paul Atreides and looks at the early days of the Bene Gesserit and a galaxy still reeling from a war with the "thinking machines.

Dune: Prophecy, which is set around 10,000 years before the Dune films, is based on the novel Sisterhood of Dune, written by Brian Herbet and Kevin J. Anderson. Per HBO, the show "follows two Harkonnen sisters as they combat forces that threaten the future of humankind, and establish the fabled sect that will become known as the Bene Gesserit."
