As the federal government shutdown carries through to another day, making it the longest in U.S. history, flight disruptions continue.
The Federal Aviation Administration is expected to list where it plans to scale back flights by 10% starting Friday. The agency says it will release details Thursday.
"This is about where’s the pressure and how do we alleviate the pressure," Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said.
